Section 144-118-12.C - Food Service

09/01/07 12.C.1. Food must be served:

a. In appropriate quantity;

b. At appropriate temperatures;

c. In a form consistent with the developmental level of the client; and

d. With appropriate utensils.

09/01/07 12.C.2. Substitutes of similar nutritive value must be offered if a client refuses food served.
