Section 096-856-15 - Suspension and RevocationA. The Department may seek suspension or revocation of a license for any violation of applicable law, of rule, of the license or any term or condition thereof, or upon or in conjunction with the suspension or revocation of any other license, permit, certification or approval for the handling of hazardous waste issued to the owner, operator or facility by this State or political subdivision thereof or by any other State or Federal agency.B. The Department will seek revocation of a license which is again suspended within 18 months of its prior suspension or revocation.C. A licensee whose license has been revoked may not reapply for a license within one calendar year from the effective date of the revocation.06-096 C.M.R. ch. 856, § 15
