Section 096-856-14 - Renewal of a LicenseA. An application for renewal of a license must be filed with the Department no earlier than two hundred and ten (210) and no later than one hundred and eighty (180) days prior to expiration of the existing license, unless a different time is established in the license.B. An application for renewal of a license must include such updated, supplemental or new information as may then be required to enable the Department to act upon the renewal application.C.
