The Office will follow the procedures for investigating and processing complaints contained in the Administrative Complaint Procedure used by the Office for the professional and occupational licensing boards and regulatory functions administered by the Office. The Administrative Complaint Procedure is available from the Office and may also be read on the Office's web site, maineprofessionalreg.org.
