Section 041-3-1 - Appeal of Registration Denial

Any denial or refusal to renew a registration may be appealed to the Office. The applicant must file the appeal with the Office, in writing, within 30 days of receipt of notice of the action being appealed. An adjudicatory hearing will be scheduled by the Office upon receipt of a timely appeal. Non-timely appeals will be denied without hearing.
