Cull potatoes must be disposed of prior to June 10 of each year using one of the Best Management Practices (BMP's) in the document, "Cull Potato Disposal Best Management Practices" which is attached and incorporated herein. Between the dates of June 10 and October 1, cull potatoes being removed from storage shall be disposed of immediately using one of the approved Best Management Practices with the exception of the Winter Spreading BMP.
