Section 001-37-6 - MUNICIPAL ACTION TO AUTHORIZE FARM SUPPORT ARRANGEMENTS1. The municipality's legislative body shall vote to - accept as proposed; amend and accept; or deny a Farm Application for a Farm Support Arrangement in accordance with 7 M.R.S. Chapter 2-C.2.
