Subsection 001-346-8-11 - Hand-washing Lavatory Location

A. A hand-washing lavatory must be located:

1. To allow convenient use by employees in food preparation, food dispensing, and ware-washing areas;

2. In, or immediately adjacent to, toilet rooms.
