Subsection 001-346-2-17 - Suspension or RevocationA. The Department may after notice and opportunity for hearing in conformance with the applicable provisions of the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, initiate suspension or revocation proceedings for a license if: 1. The Commissioner determines that a false statement was made in the license application; or2. The Commissioner finds that the licensee failed to comply with the requirements of 7 M.R.S.A.
