Section 001-329-XVI - ENFORCEMENT

This Rule will be enforced by the Department in accordance with the PMO, with ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES, current edition. A certified copy16 of which shall be on file at the appropriate Department's office. Where the mandatory compliance with provisions of the Appendices is specified, such provisions will be deemed a requirement of this Rule.
