Section 001-12-2 - Application for LicenseA. Any person, agricultural society, association or corporation intending to conduct an agricultural fair shall apply for a license therefor on a form prescribed by the Commissioner and accompanied by a $10 license fee. 1. Any application which the Commissioner determines contains insufficient information shall be returned to the applicant.2. The applicant shall provide assurances of the nature and scope of the intended activities sufficient to satisfy the Commissioner that the applicant intends to conduct an agricultural fair.3.
