Section III-1205 - Application Time LimitA. The time limit for disposition of the application is 30 days from the date on which the signed application is received by the department. The applicant shall have benefits available through Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) or notified that he has been found ineligible for a grant by the thirtieth day, unless an unavoidable delay has occurred.La.
