Section III-1203 - Standard Filing UnitA. The mandatory filing unit includes the child, the child's siblings (including half and step-siblings) and the parents (including legal stepparents) of any of these children living in the home. In the case of the child of a minor parent, the filing unit shall include the child, the minor parent, the minor parent's siblings (including half and step) and the parents of any of these children living in the home. Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients and children receiving kinship care subsidy or foster care payments may not be included in the filing unit.La. Admin. Code tit. 67, § III-1203
