A. The purpose of these regulations is to implement the above stated authorization for new wells that are drilled and installed after the effective date of these regulations. The regulations apply to wells that are not excluded herein and not otherwise excluded by R.S. 38:3071-38:3084, and are located in the parishes of East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Pointe Coupee, West Baton Rouge, and West Feliciana.La.
