Section V-701 - AuthorityA. The rules and regulations contained herein were prepared in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 38:3076 A(8) that states "...to require well owners who are users or well owners providing water to other users, at their own expense, to meter wells to permit accurate determination of rates of use.
