Section XVII-107 - [Effective 10/29/2024] How to Indicate ChangesA. An employee's payroll record can be changed by indicating such changes on the warrant. It is advisable to use a bright color of ink when making changes. Please do not obliterate the information already on the warrant- simply write the change directly above or beside the information you wish to change. Also, draw one line through the old information.
