Section XVII-105 - [Effective 10/29/2024] Extent of Municipalities' ObligationA. In the event that supplemental pay is issued to an individual in error, the Department of Public Safety will recover the funds from the municipality because they would have authorized the erroneous payment by signing and returning the warrant with that individual's name still on the warrant. Extreme care should be taken in ascertaining each individual's eligibility for the next month before signing the warrant.La. Admin. Code tit. 55, § XVII-105
