Section VII-933 - Dairy Plant CleanlinessA. All rooms in which milk and dairy products are handled, processed or stored, or in which containers, utensils or equipment are cleaned or stored, shall be kept clean, neat and free of evidence of insects and rodents. Approved pesticides shall be stored, handled and used so as not to present a health hazard. Only equipment directly related to processing operations or to handling of containers, utensils and equipment shall be permitted in the receiving, pasteurizing, ultra-pasteurizing, aseptic processing, cooling, packaging and bulk milk and dairy products storage areas.La.
