Section VII-2139 - Extra Grade and Standard Grade Dry Dairy ProductsA. Extra grade and standard grade dry dairy products shall be manufactured from Grade A raw milk for pasteurization or manufacturing grade (milk for manufacturing purposes) for pasteurization.B. Extra grade and standard grade dry dairy products shall conform with the standards of identity prescribed by this Part.C. Extra grade and standard grade dry dairy products shall have no positive results from drug residue detection test methods which the state health officer has determined to be appropriate.La. Admin.
