Section V-8512 - Patient-Reported DataA. The LTR is authorized to contact cancer patients to obtain information on self-reported family history of cancer, health-related quality of life, and other related topics to support patient-centered cancer care. Participation of cancer patients is voluntary. The LTR shall use appropriate data collection means to minimize the burden on participants.La. Admin. Code tit. 48, § V-8512
