Section V-729 - Demonstrators, Factory Executive/Official VehiclesA. If a demonstrator or factory executive/official vehicle is advertised, the advertisement must clearly and conspicuously identify the vehicle as a demonstrator or factory executive/official vehicle. A demonstrator or factory executive/official vehicle may be sold only by a dealer franchised and licensed to sell that line-make of vehicle.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § V-729
