Section V-727 - Used VehiclesA. A used vehicle shall not be advertised in any manner that creates the impression that it is new. A used vehicle shall be identified as either "used" or "pre-owned." Terms such as program car, special purchase, factory repurchase, certified or other similar terms are not sufficient to designate a vehicle as used, and these vehicles must also be identified as "used" or "pre-owned."La.
