Section LXX-12201 - Classification of PartiesA. Parties to proceedings before the Pilotage Fee Commission are applicants, petitioners, respondents and intervenors. Regardless of errors in their designation of themselves in their pleadings, the Commission may align parties in accordance with their interest in the proceedings.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LXX-12201
