Section XIX-127 - Bottomhole PressureA. The commissioner shall have the authority to require bottom-hole pressure surveys of the various fields at such times as he may designate. However, operators shall be required to take bottom-hole pressures in those wells only which are not likely to suffer any injurious effects therefrom. Tubing and tubingheads shall be free from obstructions in wells used for bottom-hole pressure test purposes.La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § XIX-127
