Section XIX-125 - Delegation of AuthorityA. It is the duty of the Commissioner of Conservation, or his agents, to make such changes in the monthly production and proration orders as may appear reasonably necessary for the purposes of safety, conservation, the prevention of waste, or the maintenance of proper gas/oil ratio, in accordance with the orders and regulations of the department.La.
