Section I-1123 - State IndemnityA. The alternative energy source lessee shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the state (and its designated officials) and its political subdivisions against any expenses, losses, costs, damages, claims (including, without limitation, claims for loss of life or illness to persons, or for damage to property), actions, proceedings, or liabilities of any kind, character or type arising out of or in any way connected to the AESL agreement as allowed by law.La.
