Section I-1122 - Navigation AidA. The alternative energy source lessee shall construct, maintain, and operate at its own expense such lights and signals as may be directed by either FERC or the secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating, and as may be required by the Port Authority or DOTD. The Port Authority or DOTD may only impose stricter navigation aid standards than those required by FERC or the Coast Guard.La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § I-1122
