Section II-609 - WitnessesA. During the case in chief, the counsel and court may call witnesses to testify. The party calling the witness conducts direct examination followed by cross-examination of the witness by the opposing party. Redirect and recross-examination are conducted as necessary, followed by any questioning by the military judge and members.
