Section I-6611 - Medical CostsA. Except as provided in R.S. 23:1034.2(E), the determination of all medical reimbursement shall be based upon the reimbursement schedule in effect at the time the services are rendered. Every attempt to resolve disputes over medical reimbursement shall be made by applying said schedule(s).La. Admin. Code tit. 40, § I-6611
