Section XIII-19519 - Authorized Methods of Delivering a Disclosure NoticeA. A disclosure notice shall be delivered to the insured in a manner specified in R.S. 22:2656.A, which specifically authorizes delivery via United States mail, electronic mail, or by hand-delivery.La.
