Section XIII-12921 - NoticeA. The board shall provide public notice of a public fire protection grading review hearing or rehearing 10 business days prior to the hearing. This notice shall provide the time, date, and location of the public fire protection review hearing or rehearing.B. Notice shall be published on the department's website and in a publication commonly circulated in the disputed fire protection district or other official journal for the municipal fire district or recognized fire protection agency.La.
