Section XV-12303 - Proprietary RightsA. Except as otherwise provided and/or as expressly provided herein, nothing contained in the rules governing off-track wagering shall in any way affect or be construed to expand, reduce, limit or modify the proprietary rights of a licensee of an off-track wagering facility authorized to operate and/or conduct off-track wagering.La.
