Section XV-12301 - Authority of CommissionA. The licensee and the employees of an off-track wagering facility must be licensed by the commission, and shall be subject to the laws of Louisiana and the Rules of Racing as promulgated by the commission.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § XV-12301
