Section I-501 - Fraudulent Registration of HorseA. Any person or persons fraudulently registering, or attempting to fraudulently register, a thoroughbred with the Jockey Club of New York, a quarter horse with the American Quarter Horse Association, a Paint horse with the American Paint Horse Association, or an Appaloosa with the Appaloosa Horse Club, Inc., shall be denied a license, or have his license revoked.La.
