Section I-307 - Complaints against OfficialsA. Complaints against a racing official, other than a steward, shall be made to the stewards in writing and be signed by the complainant. Complaints against a steward shall be made in writing to the commission and be signed by the complainant.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § I-307
