Section I-305 - Rule Off or SuspensionA. When a person is ruled off a course or suspended, every horse owned in whole or in part by him, or under his care or supervision, shall be ineligible to be entered or to start unless transferred by a bona fide sale or lease to a person in good standing and approved by the stewards.La.
