Section CXLI-305 - Elementary School-Third-Fourth GradesA. At the elementary level, third- and fourth-grade students focus on understanding and learning the basics of how to read and write, listening strategies, speaking skills, and skills to acquire and communicate knowledge. Third- and fourth-grade students with significant cognitive disabilities also focus on these English language arts (ELA) skills.
