Section III-503 - Signers and SignatoriesA. Every primarily affected agency, excluding official custodians of court records, shall, prior to disseminating criminal history record information to any criminal justice agency which is not otherwise bound by the Louisiana privacy and security regulations, require such an agency to sign a user's agreement, provided that upon presentation of proof that it is already a signatory to a valid user's agreement, the information requesting agency may not be required to sign an additional user's agreement.La.
