Section III-501 - PurposeA. It is the purpose of this regulation to insure statewide compliance with privacy and security regulations by requiring all recipients of criminal history record information from primarily affected agencies to sign user's agreements, and to provide for the minimum terms and conditions of such user's agreements.La.
