Section III-1725 - Data CenterA. Where criminal justice data is transmitted to a data center on reporting forms, the center shall establish procedures for destroying these forms after the data is entered in the computer. System software shall contain controls to ensure that each terminal is limited to the information it can input, modify, or cancel.La. Admin. Code tit. 22, § III-1725
