Section 94-5-13 - Intervention; joinder

Each petition or request to intervene shall be governed by K.S.A. 77-521, and amendments thereto. Each joinder of any party needed for just adjudication shall be governed by K.S.A. 60-219, and amendments thereto. Each permissive joinder of any party shall be governed by K.S.A. 60-220, and amendments thereto.
