Section 4-7-6 - Bacterial and coliform count(a) Raw milk shall not have a bacterial plate count exceeding 100,000 per milliliter. (b) Raw cream shall not have a bacterial plate count exceeding 200,000 per milliliter. Kan. Admin. Regs. § 4-7-6
