Each vehicle used in the transportation of food shall be kept in a condition by which food cannot become adulterated. During transport, the food shall be protected from physical, chemical, and microbial contamination and degradation by the use of the following:(a) Clean and sanitary transportation vehicles and containers; and(b) temperature-control measures meeting the department's requirements.
