Section 4-16-129a - Special marking for custom products

Each custom prepared carcass, parts thereof, and each package of custom prepared or processed product shall be plainly marked "CUSTOM NOT FOR SALE" in letters not less than three-eighths inch in height immediately after being received or prepared.
