Section 28-19-713c - Control measures and equipment

Each owner or operator of any emission unit subject to an emissions limit specified in K.A.R. 28-19-713a or K.A.R. 28-19-713b shall implement control measures and install, operate, and maintain equipment necessary to achieve these limits no later than 18 months after the effective date of this regulation.
