Section 100-2-4 - Vice-president; duties

In the absence, recusal, or disability of the president at any regular or special board meeting, the vice-president shall:

(a) Possess all the powers and duties of the president during such meeting for the duration of the absence, recusal, or disability; and

(b) countersign the minutes of such meeting when approved.
