For those agencies which are wholly or partly federally funded, the division of computer services will provide supporting detail to the extent that requests for data processing services include precise identification of jobs and accounts to which jobs are to be charged. Claims for federal reimbursement shall be transactions between the user agency (state) and the federal department or agency providing funds. Grantees for federal funds are responsible for assuring that the funding federal agency is provided adequate audit data to support data processing expenditures. The division of computer services will provide supporting information as necessary when required for audit purposes.
