Because rates are based on the statutory requirement for cost recovery (K.S.A. 1976 Supp. 75-4703(a)) , separate cost centers will use separate rates, and the algorithm for one cost center may generate different hourly rates than those of another cost center. Statements will identify the cost center which performed the service; rates charged will be in accordance with schedules published in PPM's issued by DCS.
