Rule 761-607.26 - Vision screening

An applicant for a commercial driver's license or commercial learner's permit must pass a vision screening test administered by the department. The vision standards are given in 761-604.11 (321).

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 321.186 and 321.186A.
