Rule 761-607.25 - Examination for a commercial driver's license

In addition to the requirements of 761-Chapter 604, an applicant for a commercial driver's license shall pass the knowledge and skills tests as required in 49 CFR Part 383, Subparts G and H.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 321.186.
